Visor Plan

We designed, manufactured and patented our own time and attendance device, adopted by private security, cleaning and large-event companies, and integrated with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.

What you should know before starting

Nix Universal is a Valencia-based company that has been developing time and attendance and shift scheduling systems since 2008 for private security, cleaning, maintenance, staffing and large-event companies across Spain. We designed, manufacture and patented our own terminal, Visor Plan, so we do not depend on an external manufacturer and can adapt it to what each client needs.

The system combines three ways of clocking in that all land in the same place: a fixed terminal at the work site (which stores clock-ins offline and sends them later), mobile clock-in with location for staff moving between sites, and web clock-in for office staff and coordinators. The schedule is compared with actual clock-ins and flags absences, lateness and extra hours as they happen.

Hours come out classified (ordinary, night, holiday, overtime) and by site and client, ready for payroll, for the invoice to the end client and for the labour inspection report. It integrates with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and the main payroll packages.

How we work

A clear method, no surprises

Four steps we repeat on every project, whether a website or a complete management system.

  1. 1

    We listen

A meeting to understand how you work today, what eats your time and what you want to achieve. No strings attached.

  2. 2

    Fixed proposal

Within 48 working hours you receive scope, timeline and a fixed price. If grants apply (Kit Digital), we tell you.

  3. 3

    We build in phases

Short deliveries you can see and test from the first week. You talk directly to the people building it.

  4. 4

    Launch and support

We migrate your data, train your team and stay on: maintenance and improvements once it is live.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work at sites without Internet?

Yes. The device stores clock-ins and sends them when the connection returns, and mobile clock-in works with the phone's own coverage.

Does it meet the mandatory working-time record?

Yes. It generates the daily working-time record with the reports requested in a labour inspection.

Does it integrate with my payroll software?

Hours are usually exported straight to the payroll software or the ERP (SAP, Dynamics or others).

What about staff who change site every day?

The schedule assigns the site and mobile clock-in with location confirms where it was done.

How long must working-time records be kept?

Four years in Spain, available to workers, their representatives and the Labour Inspectorate. The system keeps them and lets you download any period requested.

Do payroll hours and client-invoice hours come from the same place?

Yes. That is one of the main reasons for the system: a single truth about hours worked at each site, serving both payroll and the invoice to the end client.

What if a worker forgets to clock in or clocks in wrongly?

The system detects the deviation from the schedule and alerts the coordinator, who can correct it with a justification. Every correction is logged with who made it and when, as regulations require.

Do we have to install anything at client sites?

Only if you want a fixed terminal. Otherwise, mobile clock-in with location requires nothing to be installed at the client.
