What you should know before starting

Nix Universal is a Valencia-based company that has been building corporate websites, websites with online bookings and payments, and private portals for companies across Spain since 2004. We build lightweight websites that load in under a second, in the languages you need (Spanish, Valencian, English or others), with technical SEO, analytics and GDPR compliance in place from day one.

To sell online we integrate booking engines and payment gateways such as Redsys, and if your business already has a management system, the website connects to it so bookings or orders go straight in. Private portals work with user and role-based access: each client, employee or resident sees only their own items.

After a first conversation you receive a fixed price. The website is left editable so you can change texts, prices and photos without depending on anyone, and we take care of hosting and maintenance. If your company qualifies for Kit Digital (Website and online presence solution), we check it and handle the paperwork.

How we work

A clear method, no surprises

Four steps we repeat on every project, whether a website or a complete management system.

  1. 1

    We listen

A meeting to understand how you work today, what eats your time and what you want to achieve. No strings attached.

  2. 2

    Fixed proposal

Within 48 working hours you receive scope, timeline and a fixed price. If grants apply (Kit Digital), we tell you.

  3. 3

    We build in phases

Short deliveries you can see and test from the first week. You talk directly to the people building it.

  4. 4

    Launch and support

We migrate your data, train your team and stay on: maintenance and improvements once it is live.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a website cost?

It depends on scope: a corporate site of up to 10 sections and a private portal with bookings and payments are not the same job. After a first conversation we give you a fixed price.

Will I be able to edit the site myself?

Yes. Texts, prices and photos are left editable and we train you to make routine changes without help.

What is a private portal?

A login area where each client, employee or resident sees only their own items: invoices, documents, bookings, work reports, minutes or incidents.

Is it covered by Kit Digital?

Yes. The Kit Digital 'Website and online presence' solution covers the website, domain, hosting and one year of support.

Can I sell bookings without paying platform commissions?

Yes. We integrate a booking engine into your website or build one inside your management system, with card payment. Platforms remain a channel, but direct bookings do not pay their commission.

What happens to my current website and its rankings?

We redirect the old addresses to the new ones so you keep what you already have on Google, and connect the new site to your domain and email without interruption.

How long does a website take?

A corporate website is usually ready in four to six weeks once we have the content; a website with bookings or a private portal, six to ten. You see progress from the first week.

Does the website comply with GDPR and the cookie law?

Yes. Legal texts, privacy policy and cookie management compliant with GDPR are included, and forms are submitted with explicit consent.
